How to add confetti to Popup Builder

Confetti can run whenever a Popup Builder popup opens.

Turn on the integration

  1. Go to Settings → Confetti and open the Integrations tab.
  2. Find Popup Builder in the list and click its toggle.

Switching the toggle on points Popup Builder at your Default effect, so it starts working straight away.

Popup Builder has to be installed and active to appear under Available Plugin Integrations. If you find it under Not Currently Available, the plugin isn’t active yet.

Choose which effect runs

  1. Click the gear icon next to Popup Builder.
  2. Pick the effect you want from the Confetti Instance dropdown.
  3. Click Save.

Choosing None (Disabled) turns the integration back off.

When it fires

The confetti runs every time a popup opens, and it covers every popup on your site rather than one you single out.

Worth thinking about before you turn it on: a popup that opens automatically on page load will set the confetti off without the visitor doing anything. If you only want it on a popup someone deliberately opens, it’s better to leave this off and put the confetti on the button that opens it instead.
