When someone picks a place like “Starbucks” or “City Hall” from the suggestions, Address Autocomplete Premium can fill its name into a separate field on your form. It’s useful for venue, delivery and business directory forms.
- Go to Settings > Address Autocomplete, open the Instances tab and scroll to Fill in these fields.
- Find the field for the name, or click + Add field and enter its CSS selector.
- Click + Address data in that row and choose Name.
- Click Save Changes.
When is there a name?
The name is the first line of the suggestion the visitor picked. For a business or landmark, that’s its name. For a home address, it’s the street address, so the name field repeats it.
