How to add confetti to Mailchimp for WordPress

Confetti can celebrate a new subscriber when someone signs up through a Mailchimp for WordPress form.

Turn on the integration

  1. Go to Settings → Confetti and open the Integrations tab.
  2. Find MC4WP (Mailchimp for WordPress) in the list and click its toggle.

Switching the toggle on points MC4WP (Mailchimp for WordPress) at your Default effect, so it starts working straight away.

MC4WP (Mailchimp for WordPress) has to be installed and active to appear under Available Plugin Integrations. If you find it under Not Currently Available, the plugin isn’t active yet.

Choose which effect runs

  1. Click the gear icon next to MC4WP (Mailchimp for WordPress).
  2. Pick the effect you want from the Confetti Instance dropdown.
  3. Click Save.

Choosing None (Disabled) turns the integration back off.

When it fires

The confetti runs only when MC4WP reports the signup as successful, so a form that fails validation or a duplicate address shows the error instead and stays quiet.

It covers every MC4WP form on your site.
