How to add confetti to Popup Maker

Confetti can run whenever a Popup Maker popup opens on your site.

Turn on the integration

  1. Go to Settings → Confetti and open the Integrations tab.
  2. Find Popup Maker in the list and click its toggle.

Switching the toggle on points Popup Maker at your Default effect.

Choose which effect runs

  1. Click the gear icon next to Popup Maker.
  2. Pick the effect you want from the Confetti Instance dropdown.
  3. Click Save.

Choosing None (Disabled) turns the integration back off.

When it fires

The confetti runs every time a popup opens, and it covers every popup on your site rather than one you single out. If you use popups for several different things, such as a newsletter signup and a cookie notice, they’ll all celebrate the same way.

Worth thinking about before you turn it on: a popup that opens automatically on page load will set the confetti off without the visitor doing anything. If you only want it on a popup someone deliberately triggers, it’s better to leave this integration off and put the confetti on the button that opens the popup instead.
